Digital Content Creative

Youthscape has developed a reputation for creative and innovative digital and web content - and we’re looking for someone to join our team to help continue that work.
Every week we’re producing new media content - whether it’s a photo shoot for a new resource, recording video and photos at an event, or making a social media video with young people at our drop-in. Our Digital Content Creative will be at the heart of this work.

Senior Youth Worker - Fearless Project Lead

Youthscape Luton’s Fearless project is a new and exciting initiative designed to support girls at risk of sexual exploitation who may have already disengaged from education or be at risk of doing so. For one day a week over a six-week period, beneficiaries spend a day at Bute Mills, taking part in a holistic wellbeing programme that aims to develop self-esteem, build positive self-image, explore healthy relationships, manage emotions, and increase aspirations.

Senior Youth Worker & Drop-In Lead

Youthscape Luton are seeking to recruit an exceptional youth worker to take on an exciting and innovative role. The successful candidate will work as part of our Luton team and will be responsible for leading and developing our after-school open access youth programmes which can be accessed by all those aged 11-18 years from across the town.

Innovation and Resources Developer

Young people are amazing, and they deserve Christian resources that take them and their capabilities seriously.
We’re looking for someone who is driven by a commitment to give young people and youth leaders the best possible materials to have deep and rich discussions, explore faith, and get practical help for real, every day challenges like mental health.
You’ll be committed to listening to and learning from young people. You’ll want to spend time face to face with them as well as being up-to-date with relevant research and publishing. You’ll also have a clear grasp of what youth leaders want and need when they’re running activities and sessions.

Event Co-Ordinator (9-12 months maternity cover)
START DATE: JAN, 2025
The Event Co-ordinator will play a vital role at the heart of the events team, helping to hold together many of the key functions that make the events a success.
Working as part of a dynamic team, you’ll get to be involved in every element of the events, from inputting into creative discussions around the programme, to ensuring we are taking the best possible care of our guests. You’ll also play a major role in looking after our amazing volunteer team, both at the event and throughout the year. You’ll be highly organised, great with people, and happy to manage competing tasks and priorities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated team player, who gets excited about both the potential of a youth event to transform young lives through the love of God and is passionate about equipping youth workers to work with young people all year round.
