Under 12s

We are passionate about ensuring that everyone feels welcome at Satellites - and that includes the children of our amazing youth leaders and incredible team members! We want Satellites to be an event that is fun and engaging for everyone, no matter their age – and we take the faith development of children really seriously.

That’s why, alongside the main programme, we've developed two kids programmes:

Satellites Kids for 5-11 year olds
Satell-Mites for 1-4 year olds

There are morning sessions (and evening sessions for Satellites Kids) that run just a little bit longer than the main Satellites sessions - so that there's plenty of time for you to drop your children off and get back to your youth groups to engage with them for the whole meeting without being worried about getting back to pick up them up on time. Alongside games, drama, experiments, crafts, sports and maybe even gunge, the kids on site at Satellites will be encouraged to explore what it looks like to put God at the centre of their lives in a way that is suitable and engaging for them, as well as making friends and having a lot of fun along the way!

You know your youth best! If you think that young people in Year 7 would prefer to access the main sessions and regular programme, then that’s great.

Please indicate on your booking in the box provided whether your young people would prefer to attend the main sessions or the kids activities. This will help us ensure we have the correct ratios for our children’s work.
